【Before Purchase】

Q: Can I return or exchange items?

A: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after payment has been completed. Please confirm the size and color before making your purchase. All products are inspected, but in the unlikely event of a defective product or shipping error, please attach a photo of the QR code on the product bag and a photo of the defective area, and email them to montistore888@gmail.com within one week of receiving the product. We will handle returns or exchanges for defective products.

 

Q: I'm unsure about the size.

A: The size chart is located in the [Product Information] section on the product details page, so please scroll down to check it. Additionally, if you provide us with your height and weight via email, we can recommend a size for you!

Q: Are there customs duties?

A: You will not be charged customs duties.

 

Q: Can I get gift wrapping?

A: We apologize, but we cannot offer individual wrapping.

 

【After Purchase】

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Unless an item explicitly states a delivery period in its name (e.g., "Delivered within 10 days"), delivery will be within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the completion of payment. Please be aware of this. *If your order does not arrive, please contact us via the inquiry form. Also, delays may occur during long holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Q: When will I receive a shipping notification?

A: You will receive a notification 2-4 days before the product arrives.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We do not accept cancellations after the item has been shipped. Cancellations are possible before shipment, so please contact us via the inquiry form.

 

Q: Some of the items were missing.

A: To ensure faster delivery, if you purchase multiple items, we may ship them separately as they become ready.

 

Q: Can I specify a delivery date and time?

A: We do not offer delivery date or time specifications. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Q: If a refund is issued, when will it be credited?

A: 1. For convenience store payments, we will ask for your "bank name," "branch name," and "account number," and issue a refund within 5 business days. 2. For credit card payments, the time it takes for the refund to reflect varies depending on the agreement between you and your credit card company. Please contact your card company for details.
