Refunds, Refund Policy, and Delivery Issues
【1】Regarding exchanges, returns, and cancellations
In principle, orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed, except in cases such as out-of-stock items. While we take every precaution to inspect and manage product quality, in the unlikely event of a defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us using the inquiry form on our website within 7 days of product arrival.
We will not accept inquiries after this period, so please be aware of this in advance.
【2】Regarding the nature of defective products
Please contact us regarding the nature of defective products via the inquiry form on our website or by email. We do not handle defective product issues via DMs on shop SNS such as Instagram.
Furthermore, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases. We appreciate your understanding.
1. Regarding loose threads
For loose threads on products, since it is not considered a defect, we ask that you cut the loose threads with scissors and continue to use the product as is.
2. Regarding materials
If there is no problem with the product's quality or characteristics, such as an odor or pilling, it is not considered a defective product, so we ask that you continue to use it as is.
3. Regarding colors
Product colors may appear different depending on your monitor environment. If the color is completely different from the product ordered, we will exchange or refund it, so please check note 4 and contact us.
【3】Products ineligible for return or exchange
・Products more than 7 days after arrival
・Products with tags or hangtags removed, or products that have been used once
・Products worn out by the customer through washing or cleaning
・Products confirmed to be stained or damaged by the customer
・Products deemed to be damaged by a cutter, etc., upon opening
・Products missing some accessories
・Products for which the customer selected the wrong size
・Returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, such as "it's not what I imagined"
・Products determined by our company to be ineligible after reviewing the inspection video
※If box crushing or damage is confirmed on the packaging, please contact customer service immediately without opening the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product while maintaining its condition.
【4】Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
1. For product returns
If the product is defective or has a fault caused by our shop, we will bear the shipping cost for exchange/return.
【5】Refund and return procedures
1. Regarding refund amount
The refund amount will be the full amount actually paid by the customer. If payment was made using a coupon or discount, the refund amount will be the discounted amount.
2. Regarding return address
We will notify you of the return address specified by our shop via email, so please return the product. The refund process will be completed within one week after confirming the arrival of the product. We will also notify the customer via email after the refund process is complete.
3. Regarding fees
We will bear the fees for refunds due to our company's circumstances.
4. How to contact us

5. Return/Exchange Deadline (Re-stated)
Please contact us within 7 days of the product arrival date.
【6】Regarding long-term absence and incorrect address
If you are not available, the shipping company will contact you with an absence notice.
Please request redelivery yourself using the absence notice.
Please note that if the product has been more than 7 days since shipment and we cannot contact the customer or the customer refuses to accept it, it will be stored at the delivery company's office for 7 days. After 7 days, redelivery will not be possible. Furthermore, please be aware that refunds are not available for products with long-term absence or refused acceptance.
※If there is an error in the delivery address, it will be returned due to an unknown address.
※Missing street numbers are frequently observed, so please confirm when purchasing.
※Re-delivery is possible, but an additional re-delivery fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.
※If the address is incomplete or the delivery address does not include a full name, delivery will take longer than usual, so please be sure to include the address and full name.
If cancellations due to customer circumstances (long-term absence, incorrect address) continue, we will take measures to restrict payment methods. Please ensure that ordered products are received within the specified period.
※The storage period at overseas warehouses is stipulated as 20 days. Products will be disposed of after this period.
Before disposal, we will send an email notification to the relevant customers, so please be sure to check it.
Please note that re-delivery or refunds cannot be processed after product disposal.
