Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Subjective aspects such as material smell or feel.
  • Items with individual differences due to washing or distressing.
  • Pen marks or loose sewing machine threads that occur during the manufacturing process, slight variations in seams.
  • Minor dirt or scratches in invisible areas such as the lining, which do not affect use.
  • For shoe products, minor scuffs, dirt, excess glue, etc., that occur during the manufacturing process.
  • Buttonholes that are not open.
    (Some products are shipped with unopened buttonholes to guarantee they are new.)
  • For selected brands, if the tag is different from the brand name or if there is no tag.
  • Cases deemed to be within the range of individual product differences.
  • Minor marks from the manufacturing process (which can be removed by washing).
  • Regarding loose threads (thread ends):
    If loose threads on a product do not cause a hole when pulled, there is no problem with the product itself. We ask that you cut the loose thread with scissors before use.
  • Slight variations in product size and color.
  • Products that have been worn or used even once.
  • Inquiries made more than 7 days after arrival.
  • If you do not return the item within the period specified by us after inquiry.
