Q: Can I return or exchange the product?
A: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after payment has been completed.
Please check the size and color before purchasing.
We inspect all products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or have had a shipping error, please contact us viathe inquiry form within one week of receiving the product, attaching a photo of the QR code on the product bag and a photo of the defective area.
If the product is defective, we will provide a refund or exchange.
Q: I'm unsure about the size.
A: The size chart can be found in the [Product Information] section of the product details page, so please scroll down to check it.
Also, if you let us know your height and weight by email, we will recommend the right size for you!
Example: Height 155cm, weight 55kg
Q: I don't know how to pay at a convenience store.
A: At the checkout, select "Proceed to checkout", enter your shipping information, and then tap the light blue "Proceed to select shipping method". On the next page, select "Convenience store payment".
Q: Are there any customs duties?
A: No customs duties will be charged to customers.
Q: Can I provide gift wrapping?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individual packaging.

Q: When will the product arrive?
A: Except for items with a deadline such as [Delivery within 10 days] in the product name, it will be within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the completion of payment. Please note. * If you do not receive the product, please contact us usingthe inquiry form .
Please note that delays may occur during long holidays.
Q: When will I receive the notification?
A: It will arrive 2-4 days before the product arrives.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We do not accept cancellations after the item has been shipped.

Q: Some of the products were not included.
A: In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, if you purchase multiple items, we may ship them separately, starting with the items that are prepared first.
Q: Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A: We do not accept requests for specific dates or times.

Q: In the unlikely event of a refund, when will it be received?
A: 1. If you pay at a convenience store, we will ask for your bank name, branch name, and account number, and we will refund you within 5 business days.
2. In the case of credit card payments, the time it takes for the payment to be reflected varies depending on the terms of the customer and the credit card company. For details, please contact your card company.
Q: The product I received was defective.
A: We are very sorry. We will exchange or refund the product, so please contact us using the inquiry form .
